1. Use the Underarm Treatment

Use the same antiperspirant you use for your underarms to keep feet less sweaty and smelly. Just spray or roll it on before putting on your shoes and socks.

2. Blow-dry Your Feet

If you are prone to smelly feet or you suffer from nail fungus just blow-dry your feet with a hair dryer at the lowest temperature. This will help you to avoid skin infections and reduce moisture.

3. Black Tea Foot Bath

Add 2 black tea bags in a 2 cups of water and boil it for 15 minutes. Then, remove the bags and dilute the tea with two quarts of water. Leave it to cool for a few minutes, and soak your feet for about 30 minutes. Use this treatment every day. Black tea contains tannic acid, which kills bacteria and closes pores, and help you to get rid of the sweat and the smell of the feet.

4. Epsom Salt Foot Bath

Just add 2 cups of Epsom salt into a basin, that’s half-full with warm water. Soak your feet for about 15 minutes twice a day. The Epsom salt acts as an astringent, which kills bacteria and reduces the sweating.

5. Use Benzoyl Peroxide

Just apply benzoyl peroxide 5% or 10% gel to the bottoms of your feet to fight bacteria. This also helps with acne-prone skin.

6. Make an Odor-fighting Foot Soak

To make the odor-fighting foot soak just add a cup of vinegar to a basin of warm water. You can also add a few drops of thyme oil, which contains a strong antiseptic that kills odor-causing bacteria. Soak your feet for 15 to 20 minutes every day for a week.

7. Treat Your Feet With Lavender Oil

To make this fragrant foot rub, you only need to apply a few drops of lavender oil on your feet and massage it gently, every night before going to bed. Lavender oil not only smells good, it helps kill bacteria, too.

8. Use Odor-fighting Powder

You can use talcum powder or special foot powder. Just dust your feet with it, before you put on your shoes and socks. It will absorb odor-causing sweat.

9. Treat Your Feet With Baking Soda

Try baking soda to neutralize the odor. Dust your feet with it before you put on your socks. Do this several times in a week.

10. Treat Your Feet With Cornstarch

Cornstarch is excellent when it comes to smelly and sweaty feet. Just apply it on your feet, it will help you get rid of the bad odor, also absorbs moisture.
