Coriander – The Incredible Home Remedy that Regulates Blood Sugar Levels and Cholesterol

Coriander, also known as cilantro has been used for hundreds of years for treating liver related disease, high blood sugar levels, high cholesterol, diabetes and excess body fat.

Coriander Water

The coriander water regulates the blood sugar levels and cholesterol.

Here is how to prepare it:

Add 2 tbsp. of coriander seeds in some water and leave them overnight to soak. Strain the water in the morning. Drink the liquid during the day. The coriander water helps you cleanse your body, regulates the blood sugar levels and lowers the cholesterol.

Cilantro & Parsley Remedy

The cilantro and parsley remedy helps in eliminating kidney stones.

Here is how to prepare it:

Take a handful of both herbs and chop. Add them in the boiling water and leave it to simmer for 5 minutes. Take the pot off the stove. Set aside to cool. Strain the liquid. Drink this tea every day to eliminate kidney stones and prevent their formation.

Cilantro Juice

The cilantro juice is a great remedy for liver detoxification

You’ll need:

  • 2 tbsp. powdered ginger
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 3 large cucumbers
  • 1 lime
  • 1 lemon

Add all the ingredients in a juicer and blend. Drink the juice once a day to cleanse your liver.
