3 States of mind that make your heart sick

From stress to heart disease is only one step, but not only the agitation contributes to chest pain. Pressure on the heart occurs for several reasons.

Cardiovascular diseases can be caused by sedentary lifestyle and unhealthy eating, but these are not the only factors that can damage your heart – the place of your emotions.

Mind states that turn into heart diseases:

Fear – fear of saying what you feel, unexpressed sorrow – all this will hurt your heart. Keeping these feelings inside you is one of the causes of heart attack, and that’s what doctors say.

Never suppress your emotions, whether they are positive or negative. If you have nerves, let them come out of you, and if you are very happy you don’t think that others might laugh at your reasons for joy.

The feeling of isolation – Lack of communication leads not only to problems of social nature, but also to medical problems. Always say what you think, talk to the people around you and don’t get overwhelmed for any reason.

If you want others to understand you and not feel rejected, the only way is honest communication. If you don’t talk to others, they will never know what really happens to you and you will hurt yourself.

Hate, grudge – Life is not always pink. You have been betrayed and you will be. Not all yesterday’s friends will accompany you on your soul journey from tomorrow. You need to be aware of this and not focus your mind and heart only on feelings of hatred and grudge.

Forgiveness frees you from all the negative energies that are centered around the heart. So forgive those who upset you and never choose the path of revenge. Hate is one of the causes of cardiovascular problems.
