Homemade Detox Water That Will Give You a Flat Stomach

People buy all sorts of flavored water in order to detoxify their organism and lose some pounds. Although, they might look great, these flavored, bottled waters are loaded with flavorings and artificial sweeteners. Save some money and stop buying flavored water because you can make your own healthier flavored water at home. This incredible homemade flavored water is made from all natural ingredients and it will help you detoxify and slim your body.

Here’s what you need to prepare your homemade, detox water:
  • 12 mint leaves
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp. grated ginger
  • 2 liters of filtered water
Instructions:

Thoroughly wash the cucumber and lemon (you don`t peel them). After they’re washed, slice them and put them in a jar. Wash the mint leaves and put them in the jar too. Add the grated ginger. Pour the water in the jar and place it in the fridge for 8 hours. Stir occasionally to make all of the antioxidants and nutrients leak in the water. Drink it every day and enjoy!
