2 Effective moves for a tighter waist

Athin waist has been associated with the beauty and sensuality of a woman since the ancient times. If in the past women used to wear the popular corsets, in the present you can obtain a tighter waist in a less painful way – physical exercise.

Exercise 1

Lie down on the floor with arms stretched above your head. Get up and put your knees to your chest. Keep your abs engaged, then stretch your back on the floor. The legs and arms should remain in the air. Execute 10-15 reps.

Exercise 2

Start in the same position like in exercise 1. This time you will work the oblique abdominal muscles. So, when you get up, you need to twist the trunk a little and touch the knee with the opposite elbow. To work better on the waist, go to the outside of your body. Perform 10 repetitions for each leg, working alternately.
