  • Center on the tip of the pen as you move it closer to your eyes.
  • Stop when you get about six inches away from your face, and concentrate on the tip as you move it back to arm’s length.
  • Remember to do this gently and focus on the tip of the pen. Repeat about 10 times.
  • Always massage your eyes after exercising, first, massage your temples with your fingertips or with one of your knuckles.
  • Doing movements in a clockwise motion several times, and then change to a counter-clockwise motion.
  • Start massaging over your eyebrows and under your eyes.
  • When you’re done that, apply heat to your eyes one more time by rubbing your palms together.
  • If you feel your eyes are really tired, close them for a while and rest them.
